Job summary

ProVest is seeking self-reliant Private Process Servers in North Carolina to work as independent contractors. You will serve legal documents in Harnett, Johnston, and Lee Counties, set your own schedule, and use our PSO Mobile app to update case information.

This is a flexible, driver‑based role with autonomy and support from a liaison. Compensation is per completed job, with requirements including valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and residence near the specified counties.

• Must be honest and accurate in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents and update information through our mobile apps (PSO Mobile).
• Aim for three service attempts, including various times of the day and weekends.
