Job summary

ProVest is seeking self-reliant Private Process Servers to deliver legal documents within Harnett, Johnston, and Lee Counties, North Carolina. This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and autonomy, with work performed via our PSO Mobile app.

You will drive your own car and complete service according to guidelines. Compensation is paid per completed job, with opportunities for multiple daily attempts, including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Commitment to honesty and accuracy.
• Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to work variable hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Familiarity with mobile apps (PSO Mobile).
• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner.
• Residence within or near the listed counties is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents and update information through our mobile apps (PSO Mobile).
• Aim for three service attempts, including various times of the day and weekends.
