Responsibilities

• Up to 3 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
• Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
• Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to: Upload photo evidence of addresses; Submit detailed attempt notes; Record service or non-service outcomes
