Job summary

Mind Body Optimization 1 in Franklin, TN is seeking a Private Practice Therapist to deliver high-quality outpatient mental health services. You will assess clients, create individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy in a collaborative clinic setting.

The role requires an LPC or LCSW license with independent practice eligibility. A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work is preferred, and experience in private practice or substance use is valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or preferred in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work.
• Experience in substance use is preferred but not required.
• Two years of experience in a private practice setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy based on client needs.
• Conduct intake evaluations including history, mental status and assessments.
• Formulate psychiatric diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments for acute cases.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers and other providers.
• Refer patients to higher levels of care while ensuring continuity of care.
