Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced, insured 1099 plumbing contractors to join our growing network for residential maintenance work orders. You control your schedule, receive service assignments, and are paid promptly after completing your work.

Based near Atlanta, GA, we provide ongoing opportunities across multiple states in your local service area. You will handle residential repairs, maintenance, and installations while upholding professional standards and delivering

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional plumbing experience.
• Must operate as an independent 1099 contractor with COI.
• Must own plumbing tools and have a dependable vehicle.
• Must complete a short onboarding call with our vendor team before receiving work assignments.
• Must reside and perform services within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Respond in a timely manner to residential plumbing service requests.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and complete repairs efficiently, with the goal of resolving most service calls during the initial visit.
• Submit estimates for larger repairs or replacement work that exceeds applicable budget limits.
• Keep job notes, updates, and communication current through our mobile service portal.
• Superior Contracting & Maintenance provides all required job materials.
