Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather data from chart and care givers; discuss with physician as necessary.
• Independently assess all patient types as assigned.
• Recognize additional needs during evaluation; exercise good judgment in testing decisions.
• Interpret results and set measurable, realistic, and attainable goals.
• Reassess patient progress regularly per policy or when needed.
• Identify appropriate equipment and discuss with patient and family.
