• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Gathers pertinent data from chart and discusses with physician as necessary.
• Independently assesses all patient types as assigned.
• Recognizes additional needs during evaluation; exercises judgment when requesting/scheduling/testing.
• Interprets results and formulates relevant, measurable goals.
• Reassesses patient progress regularly per department/policy.
• Identifies equipment and discusses with patient and family.

Education

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred)

Bachelor's degree

LPT License in state of employment
