As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will lead patient care related to eye and vision health, as well as general well-being.

Your autonomy includes:

• Establishing your practice days and hours

• Retaining 100% of exam/professional fees

You may also opt into equipment/instrumentation and administrative support services, subject to state regulations, for fair market value.

Minimum qualifications for lease agreement:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited school
• Valid state optometry license
• General Liability and Professional Liability Insurance Certificates
• W-9 form
