As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will lead in eye and vision care, as well as general health and well-being. You have the autonomy to:

1. Establish your practice days and hours
2. Control your patient schedule
3. Set your fee schedule
4. Keep 100% of exam/professional fees

Optional support services include equipment/instrumentation and administrative or opt-tech support, subject to state regulations. Minimum qualifications include:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited school
• Valid state optometry license
• General Liability Certificate
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
• W-9 form
