Position Summary

As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will play a key role in providing eye and vision care, along with general health and well-being services.

What you'll do

1. Launch your services in Walmart stores.
2. Establish your practice days and hours.
3. Manage your patient schedule.
4. Set your fee schedule and keep 100% of exam/professional fees.
5. Optionally, for fair market value, you can access equipment/instrumentation and administrative support services (if permitted by your state).

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• General Liability and Professional Liability Insurance Certificates.
• W-9 form.
