Qualifications

• Must hold Doctor of Optometry OD from an accredited optometry school.
• Must hold a valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school.
• Must hold a valid state ophthalmology license.
• General Liability Certificate.
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Launch your services in Walmart stores and lead patient care for eye and vision health.
• Establish your days of practice and hours of operation.
• Set your fee schedule and keep 100% of exam/professional fees.
• Optionally access equipment instrumentation and/or admin support (if state allows).

Education
