Job summary

Walmart is seeking an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores to lead patient care in eye and vision health and overall well-being. You will have autonomy to establish your days, hours, and patient schedule, control your fee schedule, and keep 100% of exam fees.

Optional equipment/instrumentation and support services may be available where state law allows. Minimum qualifications include an OD from an accredited school, a valid Optometry license, and a state ophthalmology

Qualifications

• OD from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologist (MD/DO) license and state ophthalmology license.
