Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Doctor of Optometry to join an Independent practice affiliated with Luxottica. The role offers professional autonomy within a subleasing doctor arrangement and flexible scheduling options, including potential part-time commitments.

You will provide comprehensive eye care using up-to-date diagnostic tools in a fully equipped office. Pay, hours, and contractual terms are negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor.

Qualifications

• Licensed optometrist in Massachusetts
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Experience in independent/subleasing practice is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care to patients within LensCrafters affiliate.
• Maintain autonomy under the subleasing doctor with collaborative alignment.
• Operate with modern OD equipment, including Clarifye, and support pre-testing.
• Assist with scheduling and patient recalls; contribute to a positive patient experience.
