EssilorLuxottica, operating LensCrafters, seeks an Associate Optometrist to provide high-quality eye care within an independent practice setting. The doctor collaborates with a Subleasing Optometrist to deliver complete optometric services in a LensCrafters location.

Private practice autonomy is emphasized; terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor. Flexible scheduling is available to fit your existing commitments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Optometry and be eligible for licensure in the state.
• Full scope of optometric practice exercised with professional discretion.
• Flexible scheduling options including part-time commitments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care to patients in a LensCrafters location.
• Work within the practice of a Subleasing Optometrist as employee or contracted doctor.
• Negotiate terms of agreement with the Subleasing doctor and manage patient care.
