Sam's East, Inc. is seeking an Independent Optometrist to lease space inside our Sam's Club location in Wichita Falls, TX. You will lead patient care for eye and vision needs and contribute to overall wellbeing while enjoying autonomy.

As a lease-holder you set your practice days and hours, control your schedule, and keep 100% of exam and professional fees. You may opt into advanced equipment and support services if allowed, with fair market value arrangements.

Qualifications

• OD from accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologist MD/DO from accredited school.
• Valid state ophthalmology license.
• General Liability Certificate/Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
• ME/VA license agreements with Gumberg Asset Management Company.

Responsibilities

• Establish your days of practice.

• Control your patient schedule.
• Set your fee schedule.
• Keep 100% of exam/professional fees.
