Job summary

Walmart is seeking an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside its stores in Douglasville, GA. You will lead patient care in eye and vision health while maintaining autonomy in practice days and hours.

As a lease holder you control your schedule, set your fee schedule, and keep 100% of exam fees. Optional equipment and support services may be available where state law allows.

Qualifications

• OD from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license
• Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school
• Valid state ophthalmology license
• General Liability Certificate
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
