Grocery Outlet Inc. invites entrepreneurial individuals to become Independent Operators. This hands-on role lets you own and run your own Grocery Outlet store with autonomy, backed by our proven brand, buying model, and corporate resources.

Operate with full schedule control while delivering exceptional value to customers. The path is not a passive investment; it requires full-time commitment, relocation, and a strong drive for independent success within our network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' retail store management or multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for retail and customer service.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and develop a team.
• Business acumen, including financial and operational management experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store functions, including inventory management, compliance, and financial oversight to ensure profitability and growth.
• Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
• Leverage Grocery Outlet’s buying model to order products meeting local community needs.
• Engage with the community and support local organizations in line with our mission.
• Manage financial performance, including sales, margins, expenses, and profitability.
• Create an inviting shopping environment by keeping store clean, well-stocked, and organized.
