Grocery Outlet invites entrepreneurial individuals to become Independent Operators who own and run their own Grocery Outlet store. This is not a franchise, but a unique opportunity to manage operations with the backing of an established brand.

You will oversee store operations, lead a team, manage buying and merchandising, engage with the local community, and drive financial performance with autonomy over scheduling.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years' retail store management or multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for retail and customer service.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and develop a team.
• Business acumen including financial and operational management experience.
• Willingness to relocate and commit to the full training and onboarding process.
• Drive for success and the ability to work independently while leveraging the Grocery Outlet network.
