You will manage store operations, lead a team, handle merchandising, engage with the community, and drive profitability with support from Grocery Outlet’s network. A full‑time commitment with flexible scheduling is expected, with uncapped earning potential

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' retail store management or multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for retail and customer service.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and develop a team.
• Business acumen, including financial and operational management experience.
• Willingness to relocate and commit to the full training and onboarding process.
• A drive for success and the ability to work independently while leveraging the support of the Grocery Outlet network.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, including inventory management and financial oversight.
• Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team for customer service and operational excellence.
• Leverage Buying & Merchandising to meet local community preferences.

• Provide operational autonomy while aligning with network support.
• Capitalize on uncapped earning potential through store performance.
• Own schedule management alongside required full-time commitment.
