Job summary

Nite Lines USA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (1099) for a 3-month contract in Lander, Wyoming. The role requires an OT license, BLS, and experience with adults in facility settings. Flexible 5-day schedules with hours based on availability and facility needs.

The therapist will evaluate residents, provide therapy, and collaborate with IDT and care staff, ensuring documentation and training for staff adherence to care plans.

Qualifications

• Active Wyoming Occupational Therapist license or eligible.
• Active BLS certification.
• Experience with adult patients; not limited to pediatric or school settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy in Intermediate Care Facility and SNF settings.
• Perform initial, quarterly and annual assessments and adapt equipment needs.
• Collaborate with IDT and care teams to plan and monitor patient interventions.
• Train and mentor staff on therapeutic techniques and equipment use.
• Complete timely documentation and coordinate with medical providers and families.
