Qualifications

• Supervising Physician may be required depending on state requirements.
• CPR/BLS Certification needed.
• Experience with Primary Care or Urgent Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Document interview results for readiness classification.
• Interview military personnel to determine medical concerns.
