National Recruiters seeks a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members on a PRN / 1099 contract basis in New Jersey.

This pure assessment role involves no prescribing, no on-call, and no follow-up care. You will complete credentialing paperwork within 10–12 days, travel across multiple counties with mileage reimbursement, and document visits using an iPad.

Qualifications

• Active NP license (no PAs; excludes Pediatrics, PMHNP, and Women's Health).
• Must have reliable personal transportation to travel across multiple counties.
• Ability to start ASAP and complete credentialing paperwork within 10–12 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members.
• Provide preventive care education during visits.
• Document visits using a company-provided iPad.
