Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses active at hire.
• Experienced fixed-income knowledge and ability to explain pricing relative to alternatives.
• Independent decision-making within delegated authority; escalates complex judgments.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end execution and resolution of principal fixed-income transactions within authority and risk limits.
• Executes in inventory books, applying pricing judgment and escalating high-risk matters.
• Manages inventory positioning, bid coverage, pricing analysis and trade-review deliverables.
• Evaluates relative value, DV01 exposure, aging, and concentration to improve turnover and profitability.
• Converts market developments into actionable trading and inventory recommendations.
• Establishes hedges and monitors risk reporting; supports regulatory reporting.
