Public Storage in New Jersey seeks a Property Manager who works independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, helping customers with storage needs and suggesting packing supplies.

Daily duties include inspections to ensure units are ready to rent, cash handling and deposits, and assisting with payments and reminders as needed. Mileage reimbursement supports travel between sites.

Formación

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsabilidades

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
