Job summary

Capital Bank N.A. is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Originators (MLO) to build and maintain relationships for new mortgage lending opportunities. This remote role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential mortgages and strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience originating residential mortgages.
• Experience in originating loans for sale to FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Market mortgage loan products to real estate agents and prospective homebuyers.
• Spend 25%+ of the workday conducting marketing activities and closing business outside of the work‑site.
• Originates loan applications ensuring correct pricing and compliance with guidelines.
