Northern Ohio Field Services Inc (NOFS) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Field Inspector to join our team in Port Clinton, OH. This contractor position involves independently conducting residential property inspections to verify occupancy status and report findings using inspection software.

The role offers autonomy, a flexible schedule, and compensation ranging from $25 to $35 per hour, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in every inspection.

Formación

• Experience in Default Mortgage Inspections.
• Experience with InspectorADE.
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder required.
• Must be willing to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.
• Use inspection software to document and report findings; take photos as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate with account manager professionally; maintain accurate records.
