Qualifications

• Prefer 6 months in inspections field.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Willing to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.
• Must pass background check to obtain Aspen Grove number.
• Experience with inspection software and tools.
• Drivers License, insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to properties in Springfield, TN and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status.
• Deliver delinquency letters and conduct insurance inspections.
• Utilize inspection software and tools to document and report findings.
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet metrics.
• Communicate with account manager in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Travel to properties with reliable transportation; background check requirements apply.
