Job summary

Grant Medical Center, part of OhioHealth Corporation, seeks a Well-Being Center Independent Clinician (MSW/LISW/LPCC) to provide mental health services embedded in the Well-Being Center, EAP, and Mindfulness programs for associates, providers, and family members.

The role includes counseling, crisis assessment/intervention, mindfulness programming, and cross-team collaboration across the OhioHealth system, with independent practice as permitted by Ohio licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field required.
• Licensed by the state of Ohio (LISW or LPCC) or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Counseling and direct client care across individual, couples, family, or group formats.
• Crisis assessment, intervention and management, including lethality risk.
• Development and delivery of mindfulness-based interventions and psychoeducation; collaboration with HR and care teams.
