Job summary

OhioHealth in Columbus seeks a licensed mental health clinician to join the Well-Being Center, embedded at Grant Medical Center. You will provide counseling, crisis intervention, and mindfulness programming to associates, providers, and families, with opportunities for independent practice under Ohio licensure.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR and care teams, delivering psychoeducation, and developing services across OhioHealth sites as needed. 40-hour, full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required with LISW/LPCC credentials or eligible for licensure.
• Active licensure or eligibility to practice social work/clinical counseling in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and biopsychosocial assessments with treatment planning.
• Deliver crisis intervention, lethality risk assessment, and crisis management.
• Develop and deliver mental health education and mindfulness programming across sites.
• Collaborate with HR, Advice & Counsel Center, and care teams for coordinated care.
