Job summary

Provado Mobile Health in Kings County, CA seeks Mobile Care Professionals who will drive members to and from dialysis and other medical appointments using their own vehicle. You’ll operate as an independent contractor, create your own schedule, and be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit.

Applicants must meet strict vehicle, licensing, and background requirements and complete onboarding courses. This role offers flexible hours and the chance to earn based on miles and trips completed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Own a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle in good cosmetic and operating condition (model year 2011+). Vehicle must pass Provado inspection.
• Clean driving record with no more than 1 violation or at fault accident in the last 3 years; no DUI or suspensions in last 5 years.
• Must pass a drug screen including marijuana.
• Must pass a complete criminal background check; no felonies or misdemeanors in last 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Transport members to and from medical appointments.
• Operate as an independent contractor using your own vehicle.
• Create your own schedule and business hours; Monday through Friday options available.
• Provide safe, reliable, courteous transportation aligned with patient care standards.
