Job summary

Provado Mobile Health is seeking motivated drivers in Kings County to transport members to medical appointments. You’ll work as an independent contractor using your own vehicle, with a flexible schedule and weekly direct deposit payouts. Full onboarding includes CPR and safety courses, plus a background check.

Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, pass screening, and own a car model year 2011 or newer. Join a patient-first transportation network today.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Own a clean, mid-size 4-door vehicle (2011+).
• Pass a drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities
