Job summary

A transportation and healthcare service provider seeks Mobile Care Professionals to transport patients to their medical appointments. Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have held a driver's license for at least 2 years.
• Own a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle, model year 2009 or newer.
• Must have a clean driving record with no more than 1 violation or accident in the last 3 years.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen including marijuana.
• Must be able to pass a complete criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport people to and from their medical appointments.
• Create your own schedules, business hours Monday through Friday.
• Load and transport members for scheduled trips.
