Sol MedSurg is seeking an Independent Medical Sales Representative to represent cutting-edge regenerative medicine products in the aesthetics and wellness space. This is a commission-only 1099 opportunity with unlimited earning potential and room for growth.

About the Role:

You’ll be calling on aesthetic clinics, med spas, and plastic surgery practices, offering high-demand regenerative products including PRP, Exosomes, Laser Therapies, RF Ablation technologies, and more. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their income in a high-margin, cash-pay vertical.

High performers will also have the opportunity to cross-train and expand their portfolio to pain management and orthopedic practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and grow relationships with med spas, aesthetic clinics, and plastic surgeons
2. Educate providers and staff on the clinical and business benefits of regenerative products
3. Prospect, follow up, and close new accounts
4. Represent a diverse and innovative regenerative medicine portfolio
5. Collaborate with the Sol MedSurg team for ongoing training, marketing, and support

Requirements:

1. Sales experience preferred – especially in aesthetics, pharma, or medical devices
2. College degree preferred, but not required
3. Hunter mentality – you’re proactive, polished, and self-accountable
4. Comfortable working 1099, commission-only, and growing your territory
5. Must have strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
