Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is seeking a part-time Independent Living Skills Worker (IHSW) for our In-Home Adult program in Duluth, MN.

You will support adults with disabilities to live independently by providing skill training and tailored supports in private homes and community settings. You will work with the person and their team to implement plans across multiple areas, including communication, daily living, and mobility, with some weekend work required.

Qualifications

• One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with no restrictions and a working vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help adults achieve maximum independence by providing skill training and supports.
• Collaborate with the person and support team to implement supports plans.
• Cover a variety of skill areas including personal care, communication, household management, and community living.
