Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience with Activities of Daily Living and an associate degree. Travel is required within Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience with ADLs.
• 5 years of experience required, mostly after obtaining the degree.
• Dependent on Department of Health Qualifications.
