Qualifications

• 2–3 years in disability care preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance requested
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Provide balanced, calm, and reliable assistance with daily tasks for clients
• Build supportive relationships while empowering independence
• Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meals, and household organization
• Help clients manage health appointments and encourage activity without being overbearing
