Thrive Support Services is seeking an ILS Instructor (Part-Time) in Boulder Creek, CA. You will work one-on-one with individuals with developmental disabilities to empower independence and community participation, teaching essential living skills in a supportive setting.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; you will gain experience in social work, mental health, and case management while supporting clients with money management, housing, benefits, and daily living tasks.

Qualifications

• A desire to help others.
• Access to a Reliable Vehicle
• Valid Drivers License
• Auto Insurance (100k/300k bodily injury liability)
• Pass a DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of around 3–6 clients across Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
• Plan and participate in at least one community outing per month with each client.
• Teach independent living skills: money management, housing, transportation, cooking, and benefits navigation.
