SPIRIT OF ALOHA SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a Life Skills Coach to empower individuals with developmental disabilities and Autism to develop essential living skills. You will guide meal planning, budgeting, social skills, and independent living efforts to help clients live more independently.

The role requires compassionate communication, patience, and a teacher's heart to support growth and independence across Orange County communities in California.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with the developmentally disabled population.
• Excellent communication with individuals and families.
• Good writing/documentation skills to record progress.

Responsabilités

• Manage an evolving caseload of individuals with personal goals and varying independence levels.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to help individuals identify barriers and overcome them.
• Coach individuals on coping skills to reduce stress and build confidence.
• Provide accountability and motivation tailored to each person's needs.
• Maintain records of interactions and progress with confidentiality.
