Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma with 2,000 supervised hours in the delivery of services to adults with serious mental illness.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.

Responsabilités

• Promote physical, social, and psychological well-being of persons served.
• Interact with persons served and staff to support quality of life and rights.
• Assist Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioners with requested needs.
• Follow procedures to promote health care, safety, and behavioral supports.
• Perform administrative duties (scanning, faxing, organizing).
• Oversee meal preparation and groceries; manage budgets.
• Provide group and individual services and teach independent living skills.
• Maintain compliance with licenses and company policies; document all activities.

Formation
