Job summary

SpringPath Mental Health Services, part of the Sevita family, provides behavioral health services through Intensive Residential Treatment, Assertive Community Treatment, and Targeted Case Management. This overnight Awake position supports the Intensive Residential Treatment Services team to promote recovery, safety, and a trauma-informed, person-centered environment.

Qualifications

• GED or HS diploma with 2,000 supervised hours.
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to promote physical, social, and psychological well-being of persons served.
• Interact with persons served and staff to promote rights and quality of life.
• Medication administration and monitoring.
• Coordinate care and documentation to maintain a therapeutic environment.
• Oversee meals, room setup, and daily living tasks.
• Travel as needed.
