Job summary

Children's Attention Home in Rock Hill, SC seeks an experienced Independent Living Manager to lead the IL program for young adults 18–21. You will supervise staff, coordinate admissions and services, and ensure compliance with agency policies and licensing requirements.

You will build community partnerships, support outcomes tracking and quality improvement, and participate in crisis response and on-call duties to foster a safe, supportive environment that promotes independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field.
• Experience working with young adults, child welfare, or a similar population.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency training requirements.

Children's Attention Home is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced leader to serve as our Independent Living Manager. This position oversees the daily operations of our Independent Living Program, which supports young adults ages 18-21 as they transition toward independence. The Independent Living Manager provides leadership and supervision to program staff, coordinates participant services, ensures compliance with agency policies and regulations, and helps create a safe, supportive environment where young adults can develop the skills needed for long-term success. This role also works closely with community partners, volunteers, and stakeholders to strengthen resources and opportunities for participants.
