Harvest Healthcare Solutions is seeking compassionate, dependable ILS Coaches/DSPs to help adults with IDD build independence in their homes and communities across the Yuba City to Sacramento region. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred.

You will teach practical living skills, assist with budgeting and transportation, and document progress in IPP-driven plans. Flexible schedule averages 15–25 hours per week, with pay of $19–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience supporting adults with IDD in a professional or direct-support setting.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while following an individualized service plan.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized Independent Living Services based on each person’s IPP goals.
• Teach and reinforce independent living and daily living skills.
• Assist with budgeting, meal planning, and basic food preparation.
• Support transportation, community navigation, and safety awareness.
• Complete accurate service notes and required documentation.
• Communicate with supervisors, families, and support teams as authorized.
• Report incidents and safety concerns per company and California regulations.
