Vision Life LLC in Sacramento, CA is seeking dependable DSPs to provide in‑home support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in their own homes in Fair Oaks/Sacramento. You’ll help people remain safe, healthy, and as independent as possible where they live.

Join a caring team offering starting pay of $18.25 per hour, paid training, and ongoing professional development. Weekend availability is welcome, with a focus on reliable transportation and client safety.

Qualificações

• Minimum age 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass DOJ/FBI background check (Live Scan).
• Current CPR/First Aid and TB health screening or willingness to obtain promptly.
• DSP/caregiver experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) and personal care.
• Coach independent living skills, community integration, and social activities.
• Follow person-centered plans and behavioral strategies; document accurately.
• Assist with medications per policy if trained/authorized.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow health/safety protocols.
• Communicate professionally with individuals served, families, and team members.
