Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking independently licensed clinicians to join its provider network for in-person therapy across Arizona. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based treatments to a diverse caseload, including children and adults, with strong emphasis on crisis management and collaborative care within a supportive platform.

Applicants must hold an unrestricted clinical license and have a suitable office space in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) to work independently without supervision.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and outcomes-focused care.
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families, with in-person delivery preferred.
• Must have an office space to see clients in the Arizona area; full-time US resident.

Responsibilities

• Deliver culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to individuals or groups.
• Manage risk and respond to clinical crises as needed.
• Coordinate with Lyra’s network and scheduling to support clients and providers.
