Job summary

Lyra Health seeks a licensed clinician to join its provider network in the United States, including Arizona locations like Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, and Scottsdale. You would work with children, adults, couples, and families, delivering evidence-based therapy in-person or virtually with strong support from Lyra.

This contract opportunity offers flexible scheduling, administrative support, and access to Lyra's clinical consultations, with rapid scheduling and paperless billing to streamline

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a clinical track.
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) to practice independently.
• Commitment to evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and measurement-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Manage risk and respond to clinical crises as needed.
• Coordinate care with Lyra’s provider network and maintain documentation.
