Job summary

SAIC seeks a highly motivated IT Systems Integrator to assist the Task Order Manager with managing and executing customer task orders in Albuquerque, NM. This role blends technical expertise with project management to deliver timely solutions.

You will work independently, analyze requirements with SMEs across IT, networking, and satellite communications, and provide clear progress updates and documented recommendations to ensure customer goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 5+ years of technical experience (or 4+ years in lieu of degree).
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent for DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 compliance.
• Minimum 2 years’ IT experience (help desk, sys admin, hardware, or network admin).
• Understanding of IT concepts, esp. networking (routing, switching, firewalls, connectivity).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proven collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight.
• Analyze customer tasking, assess requirements, and plan solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs across IT, networking, and satellite communications to diagnose issues.
• Summarize and present proposed solutions to customers.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Task Order Manager.
• Document recommendations, solutions, and task outcomes.
• Apply project management approaches to tasks and planning.
• Manage deadlines, resources, and competing priorities.
