Job summary

Devine Business Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to lead independent, business-to-business sales of supplemental insurance solutions. You will manage your own schedule, pursue new clients, and close deals with autonomy while supported by a collaborative team.

Location is in-person with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend needs. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year with base draw, commissions and bonuses, plus licensing assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional experience.
• State health insurance license not required to apply, but assistance with licensing is provided.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
