Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Insurance Agent in the United States. The role offers a 1099 compensation structure with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package and quarterly production incentives, plus a dedicated service representative to support you as you build your agency in an exclusive territory.
You will focus on helping educators access affordable insurance solutions, grow your market access, and network at events to drive long-term success.
Competenze
- 2–5 years of experience in insurance/financial services.
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses required (Life & Health, P&C).
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses if applicable.
Mansioni
- Identify and implement solutions to help educators obtain affordable insurance and financial security.
- Build and manage your agency with strong relationships and market access.
- Confidently present products to groups and individuals.
- Engage in networking, community, and industry events to grow your business.
