COUNTRY Financial® is seeking ambitious Insurance Agents who want to own their business and help clients prepare for life’s planned and unexpected moments with the right insurance products. As independent contractors, you are in business for yourself but not by yourself, diversifying income across property/casualty, life and health lines while serving communities we support.

Responsibilities

• Take a consultative approach to grow business with existing and prospective clients.
• Operate as independent contractors and manage your own business.
• Diversify income through our portfolio of property and casualty, life and health lines.
• Educate clients and prospects about COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients of our financial products and services.
