As independent contractors, they grow business across property/casualty, life and health lines, balance schedules, educate clients, and collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors. No buy-in is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed insurance professional or ability to obtain Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on building a local insurance business.
• Strong communicator with solid business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Grow business with existing and prospective clients through our product portfolio.
• Educate clients about COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to present financial products.
• Establish a local office and build staff as needed.
